I just came up with this today. It was pretty good for a chocolate fix.
1 square Bakers chocolate (unsweetened of course)
1tsp. coconut oil, 1 pinch of sea salt
Heat that in a pan. once melted add 1 scoop chocolate Protein powder, 1 tsp Vanilla extract and 1 tsp flax meal or almond meal. add a splash of Almond milk if it seems too dry. Add a few drops of Stevia if your protein powder doesn’t make it sweet enough
(almond meal is made by crushing almonds so fine till they make a “powder”)
Mix this well. mine formed a perfect dough like ball.
I poured it into 2 little cups and added 1 tsp of Almond Butter on each one.
I put in the freezer about 20 minutes until it got hard.
I just ate one . It was awesome. I will eat the other tomorrow.
