M-1- eggs and veggies

M-2 Shakeology w/almond milk

M-3- salad w/chicken

M-4- carrots, celery, peanut butter

M-5- chicken , squash

M-6 – yogurt, coconut milk, almonds

I waited till the end of the day today because I have been working with my husband on a car all day, and I knew it would be a quick meal type of day.
