No Carb “pancake”

This is an oldie but a good one. I hate the word pancake because to me it means something you can put syrup all over and eat. this has no topping. so eat it plain. When we get sweet potatoes next month- I make a sweet poatoe pancacke that is awesome.

Here goes:

1/3 cup cottage cheese

1 whole egg + 1/4 cup whites (or two whites)

1 Scoop vanilla whey protein

1 tsp.Vanilla + pinch of sea salt

blend in blender or food processor.

cook in a pan just just a pancacke!! enjoy!
