Cottage Cheese Pudding

This makes 2 servings-

3/4 cup cottage cheese

1/4 cup Almond milk( add more if needed while blending)

2 scoops Chocolate Whey protein ( or any other protein you use)

2 tbs cocoa powder

1tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

Blend this all in a blender until the cottage cheese is smooth.  pour pudding into 2 cups and put in fridge until u r ready to enjoy! 🙂

I use this basic recipie for most “puddings”.  I can add oats if I need carbs or delete the whey, if I dont have it, to make one serving , then just add a few drops of stevia for sweetness. experiment with this. cottage cheese in the blender is a great thing. Oh and if I want to add some healthy fats I add 1 tbs of Almond butter!!
