This is a Legs and Core workout done with my very good friend and workout partner Sarah Altman. Most of these exercises can be done at home, in other words they are great bodyweight exercises. Set 1- Do each exercise for 45 seconds and rest 15 seconds.
Squat with overhead press on BOSU
Bench Jumps
Burpie Clean & Press
Plank
Rest 2 minutes
Set 2– Do each exercise 45 seconds and rest 15 seconds
Dumbbell Swings
3 Way lunges
Side step ups
Hand Forearm switch
Rest 2-4 minutes
Set 3- Do each exercise 45 seconds and rest 15 seconds
Squats with Dumbbell pick up
Bulgarian Split squats
Pendulum step over
Get ups
Rest 1-2 minutes
Set 4- Hard to time this set, so we did 10 reps of each exercise.
Jump Squats
Reverse Lunges w/curls
Walking lunges w/overhead hold
Spiderman walks
