Day one of the sugar detox.
Meals today: M-1 – egg omlette with bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, parsley.
M-2- Raw Almonds (about 24)
M-3- Large salad with olive oil and cider vinegar/ lots of spices + 1 can tuna
M-4- Raw veggies(celery, carrots) 2 tbs raw almond butter
M-5- Chicken breast, Salad, hot cooked brussell sprouts
M-6- Raw brocolli, califlower, a couple slices of turkey breast
