This tab was used to document a few months I committed to a special type of meal plan. I use sugar free and wheat free as the most popular. I come from the camp that believes sugar and processed foods (most wheat products) have led our Country to be the largest and most overweight ever. I also believe that these products have become so common in our daily lives that we can look to them for creating some of the Country’s most popular health issues. I live my life basically sugar free and wheat free. I partake in these products only at times I have a special occasion or really want a special treat. Please consider eliminating these products from your daily meal plan. You will look and feel much better because of it. 🙂
