Happy Valentines day!!
Today will be a day of celebration for some of you. I will be eating 4 perfect melas today and one meal out. I am sure the meal out will be healthy, but if I am offererd a sweet treat I might take it. I will tell all tommorow. so this is what my day looks like minus the “treat”
M-1- eggs and veggies
M-2 shakeology shake w/ berries
M-3- large salad w/tuna
M-4- cottage cheese pudding
M-5- (Dinner out)
M-6- if needed: veggies + hummus
