I have no idea what to call this . I went to a party a few weeks ago and my friend made a great chicken dip. I loved it!! When she told me the ingredients, I went on a quest to make it on my own and make it as healthy as possible. I did it and here it is, an authorized sugar free food to eat with celery or just by itself!!
2- 10 oz cans of Valley Fresh 100% natural white meat chicken
1/2 cup Franks Original Red hot wing sauce. (this version has 5 ingredients in it)
1/4 cup Bolthouse Farms Classic Ranch Yogurt Dressing. although I will not use this as a salad dressing on sugar free month- It has to be used here and I have cut back the amount .
1-2 TBS reduced fat cream cheese ( do NOT use the non fat version)
MIx it all together and heat in the oven for 20 minutes…. my husband just suggested we try in a pan, either way, the sauces have to be heated to get the flavors mixed together. Try this and shre with me what you eat it with.
