Wednesday Feb, 6th

I will eat some more “starchy” veggies tommorow. I cooked an acorn squash today so I will start that tommorow. I also will be getting some frozen strawberries and black & blueberries to add to shakes next week. I will write how much IĀ use exactly.

For Wednesday:

M-1- egg omlette w/spinach, brocolli and califlower. Almonds

M-2- Shake w/RAW protein, Kale, Spinach & Parsley. almond milk

M-3- chicken and acorn squash. Small salad

M-4- carrots, celery and almond butter

M-5- Chicken, cooked brocolli, salad and possobly a little squash

M-6- raw nuts
