Sunday Meals

1-      Egg omelet with everything in it and cheese!

2-      Shakeology shake with almond butter and almond milk

3-      Large salad with a can of Salmon and sliced almonds

4-      Making platter for super bowl and will be eating off it * see note below

5-      Venison burger w/lettuce tomato , cheese and mustard

6-      Eating off my super bowl platter!


*NOTES:  Super bowl Platter- ham, turkey, jalapeno cheese cubes, olives, sliced bell peppers, carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower

  1. Sounds like a plan. Making green chili. Just might add some cheese. M1 green protein chia shake. M2 chicken veggie soup ce.ery with almond butter m3 spagetti squash and fresh tomato, garlic and kale sauce. M4 idk maybe green chili omelet with cheese.

    1. I am thinking squash will be on the menus for this week. Love acorn and spagetti squash! Sandy- are you also a vegatarian? If not waht is your meat in the chili?
