M-1- eggs, veggies

M-2 Shakeology w/almond milk and strawberries

M-3- Chicken, rutabaga, small salad

M-4- Raw shake w/almond milk, kale, parsley,1/2 banana  and spices

M-5 (snacking at a friends house) lots of brocoli, 2 slices swiss cheese and some deli lunch meats

M-6- Salad w/chicken

M-7- cottage cheese
