M-1- RAW shakew/almond milk, kale, parsley, 1/4 banana, spices

M-2 (we went out to breakfast) Omlette w/spinach/tomatoes/greek olives and Feta cheese. a few bites of home made potatoes

M-3- salad w/grilled chicken

M-4- veggies + hummus

M-5- Venision tenders+ rutabaga

M-6 -turkey lettuce wraps
