M-1- eggs, veggies 1/4 cup quinoa w.almond milk + cinnamon. I had one digestive enzyme and this didnt bother my stomach like it did yesterday

M-2- RAW protein shake w/almond milk, kale, parsley, berries

M-3 Large salad w/raw veggies and 1/2 can Salmon

M-4- carrots, celery + lots of almond butter

M-5- chicken , brussel sprouts

M-6- Plain greek yogurt + almonds + almond extract+ stevia
