Saturday Feb16th

It is Friday night and I am looking forward to eating tommorow!! dont know why..

M-1- eggs w/veggies and cheese + 1/2 grapefruit

M-2- RAW shake w/kale/parsley/berries and almond milk

M-3- Chciken salad w/nuts and fruit

M-4- carrits/ celery & peanut butter

M-5 Turkey breast I am cooking in the crock pot all day w/steamed veggies

M-6- greek yogurt w/almonds+ coconut+ cocoa powder + stevia
