M-1- egg omlette with bell peppers, spinach and parsley. no cheese and a few almonds

M-2 Shakeology w/almond milk and 5 strawberries

M-3- chicken salad w/raw veggies

M-4- 1 scoop whey w/almond milk and almonds

M-5- venision tenderloins, rutabaga (sp?) salad.

M-6- turkey lettuce wraps w/lots of  raw veggies+ cheese
