M-1- Shake made w/RAW protein, Almond Milk, Kale, swiss chard, spinach, parsley, and 5 strawberries, cinnamon + ginger

M-2-  2 whole Eggs, a side of sauteed veggies, 3 slices of Maverick Ranch bacon

M-3- large salad w/ tuna ( large indicates lots of raw veggies too)

M-4- Chic pudding

M-5- Venision tenderloins, cooked brocolli + califlower

M-6- cottage cheese pudding
