Healthy Jello

This is something I would use for a “snack” If I need something that remotely looks and  tastes like dessert. I would have it with a handful or raw nuts.

Real simple. Buy a box of Knox unflavored Gelatine. It comes with 4 packets

Use one packet and brew 8 oz of a fruitty hot tea. I used TAZO passion tea. add a few drops of stevia if wanted.

Sprinkle the gelatine over about 4 oz cold water and let stand 1 minute, add hot tea and stir till dissolved. pour in 2 cups and fridge.

You have healthy jello . I will be making this one day this week.

 

You can add fruit!!
