M-1- egg omlette w/tons of veggies and almonds

M-2- Shakelogy shake with almond milk and alomnd butter

M-3- large salad, with lots of other raw veggies and chicken

M-4- handful of mixed raw nuts

M-5- homemade chili minus the beans w/ a side of  a spinach salad

M-6 – turkey, cheese, bell peppers  and a few olives
